We understand the importance of experiencing products in person when shopping online, therefore we have a clear and fair return and exchange policy. Please read the following carefully before returning any item.

I. Policy Scope

Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to request a return or exchange.

Item Condition: Returned or exchanged items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, free of stains or damage, and all original tags (e.g., hang tags, care labels) must be intact. Items must be returned in their original packaging (e.g., plastic bag, gift box).

Required Documents: Please retain your original order number or delivery slip; these documents are necessary for us to process your return or exchange.

II. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

To ensure all customers enjoy consistently high-quality products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items that have been worn, washed, processed, or altered.

Items with tags removed or damaged.

Items that are damaged, stained, have an odor, or show signs of use.

Items older than the 30-day return/exchange period.

Sale items, clearance items, or promotional gifts (unless there is a serious quality issue).

III. Return/Exchange Process

Please carefully follow these steps to ensure your application is processed quickly:

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Before returning an item, please contact us via email or online customer service.

Please provide your order number, the name and size of the returned item, and the reason for the return (e.g., incorrect size, color change, quality issue, etc.).

Our customer service staff will generate a Return Authorization Code (RMA) for you.

Step 2: Ship the Item

Please pack the eligible returned item along with its original packaging and shipping label (if applicable).

Important Note: Please include a note inside the package stating your name, order number, and Return Authorization Code (RMA).

Please ship the package to the address we provide.

Step 3: Processing and Refunds/Exchanges

We will process your return within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the goods.

Refund: Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment account. Please note that your bank or payment platform may require additional processing time, and refund arrival times vary by institution. Please note: Shipping costs (including handling fees) are non-refundable.

Exchange: If you choose to exchange, we will arrange a replacement item after confirmation. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will discuss a replacement or refund with you.

IV. Quality Issues and Wrong or Missing Items

We conduct rigorous quality inspections, but if you unfortunately receive any of the following:

Product has quality issues (e.g., holes, loose threads, or obvious color differences): Please provide clear photos or videos for verification.

Wrong or missing items: This is our mistake. Please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs and resend the correct item as soon as possible.

5. Shipping Costs

Return/Exchange Shipping Costs: For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction with size or style), you will be responsible for the shipping costs. For exchanges, we will cover the reshipping costs.

Quality Issues/Wrong Item/Misdelivery: For returns/exchanges due to our error, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

6. Final Interpretation Rights

Drusy reserves the right to the final interpretation of this policy. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on our website.
